

My name's Sam Langley and I help people Relax. I'm a massage therapist, a Tai Chi teacher and a composer of relaxation music.

I've been training Tai Chi for 18 years. It's a powerful practice that helps me maintain a calm mind and strong healthy body. ​Tai Chi has made me a more relaxed person and I hope, by teaching it, I can help others to become more relaxed.
Tai Chi has also influenced my approach to massage. I trained at The Bristol School of Massage and Bodywork and have a level 4 certification in Holistic Massage. Early on in my training I discovered that the internal strength I had developed through Tai Chi was directly applicable to massage. I can deliver pressure without using overt muscular force. Body alignment and fascial connection mean that I can stay relaxed whilst massaging. If I'm relaxed, you will feel this will help you relax.
I am also a certified Solution-focused Hypnotherapist. The approach is elegantly simple and has been invaluable in helping me maintain a calm mind.

I've been writing music since I was a teenager and have always found it deeply therapeutic. The relaxation music I compose has become an integral part of my massage practice.

What else? Well, I make a weird comedy podcast, love cooking and live in Bristol with my wife and 2 daughters but none of that is relevant is it?
