My name's Sam Langley and I help people Relax. I teach Tai Chi, practice Hypnotherapy and Compose Relaxation Music. 

I've been practicing both Tai Chi and Hypnotherapy for over 16 years and have always enjoyed helping people through these 2 different disciplines.

Tai Chi involves relaxing the body which in turn relaxes the mind and Hypnotherapy works the other way around. I have found both Tai Chi and Hypnotherapy to be transformational in my own life. I practice Tai Chi twice a day, every day and have done so for many years. On a basic level It keeps my body and mind healthy but there is so much more to it than that. 

 

The Solution-focused Hypnotherapy I trained in at The Clifton Practice taught me the power of positive thinking. The approach is elegantly simple and has been invaluable in helping me maintain a calm mind.

I've been writing music since I was a teenager and have always found it deeply therapeutic. It wasn't until I qualified as a Hypnotherapist, however, that I decided to start making my own Relaxation tracks. These days I regularly listen to my own music when I use my Vibro-Acoustic massage table.

 

What else? Well, I make a weird comedy podcast, love cooking and live in Bristol with my wife and 2 daughters but none of that is relevant is it?
