Tai Chi Massage
Massage for Body and Mind informed by 18 years of Tai Chi practice. I help my clients to release tension and relax deeply using varying degrees of pressure, joint mobilisations and holds.
Through Tai Chi practice I have developed a degree of internal fascial connection, allowing me to deliver a deep massage without using overt muscular force. If I'm relaxed, my clients can feel it and as a result they will relax.


Tai Chi Classes
Tai Chi is a deeply meditative practice that simultaneously calms your mind and strengthens your body.
In my classes you will learn how to move better, improve your posture and your balance but my main focus is on relaxation.
Tai Chi is extremely good for your physical and mental health. Regular practice can be life changing!
